Extremely impressed with the whole experience

I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. My order arrived incredibly quickly and the quality of the packaging was excellent — everything was packed securely and professionally. What really stood out for me was the text notification service. I received updates about my order, including my tracking number, which was really reassuring and meant I could easily keep checking the progress of my parcel. The whole process felt very professional and well organised. Fast delivery, excellent packaging and great communication throughout. FANTASTIC SERVICE 5★☆☆☆☆

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a small issue with my order, but I honestly couldn’t be happier with how SPT dealt with it. I contacted them and they responded incredibly quickly, took responsibility and had everything corrected straight away with absolutely no hassle. I was over the moon with how quickly and effectively they sorted everything out. Mistakes can happen with any company — for me, it’s how they deal with them that really matters. Reliable service and a company that clearly takes pride in what they do. Would definitely use SPT again.
