Vendors may verify their domain ownership through DNS records, HTML file upload, or meta tag verification. Verification confirms domain ownership only and does not constitute an endorsement of the vendor's products or services.

7.2 Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Not manipulate or artificially inflate their ratings
  • Not solicit or incentivise fake reviews
  • Not retaliate against users who leave negative reviews

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
  • Attempt to manipulate ratings or review scores
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
