⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a small issue with my order, but I honestly couldn’t be happier with how SPT dealt with it. I contacted them and they responded incredibly quickly, took responsibility and had everything corrected straight away with absolutely no hassle. I was over the moon with how quickly and effectively they sorted everything out. Mistakes can happen with any company — for me, it’s how they deal with them that really matters. SPT’s customer service was exceptional and the way they handled the situation has actually given me even more confidence ordering from them again. Fantastic service and highly recommended.
