Temperature during Transport

It took five days and several emails between ordering/payment until the order was accepted and the payment recognize as fulfilled. The delivery took another 2 days which is pretty fast. My biggest concern is that the product have been shipped in a non-insulated packaging and the shipment was exposed to temperatures above 35°C why do the recommendation is not to store the vials above 20°C. The vials themselves , and the bacteriostatic water had a temperature of 35°C. This is not acceptable.
