This was my first order with RC Peptides, and I was genuinely impressed by the customer service. There was an unexpected issue with the courier, but Boris responded immediately, kept me updated and handled everything in a very professional and transparent way. He took responsibility for finding a solution, even though the problem was not caused by RC Peptides. Communication was friendly, fast and personal throughout. It is easy to judge a company when everything goes smoothly, but the real test is how they respond when something goes wrong. RC Peptides handled the situation exceptionally well. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend RC Peptides. Excellent service and fully deserved five stars.
