No label or information of any kind in the parcel
I have recieved a vial from them which is meant to be retatrutide but has no label! They are not prepared to do anything about it and are treating me like its my problem! Would anybody really actually use product that has no label on?

Dear Bessie (Bridgette) - We're sorry we've not met your expectations. You ordered (for research purposes) 2 x GHKcu copper peptide, which was labelled, and 1 vial of Retatutride, that was unlabelled. The GHKCu is a purple color, clearly labelled and RT is a white powder (1 vial). We have a clear statement on every product page which reads: "Please note that research compounds may be shipped in unlabelled vials without branding. In this case our team is able to provide further clarification please contact us." Since you placed your order at beginning of October we've given clear indication that the RT compound is the white unlabelled vial. It is now 3 weeks later and you've asked for a refund. Due to the time frame, and as per our refund and returns policy which you acceped (below) we're unable to accept a refund. Additionally we've provided photographic evidence of the manufacturer packaging of the RT compound which clearly shows the compound identification. Because of the nature of research chemicals, and because we cannot verify how Products have been stored or handled once they leave our control.
