Very responsive and efficient delivery experience. I checked stock before ordering and the reply came within minutes, although I'd have been happy to wait longer. The order process was slick and it was delivered next day. Genuinely impressed. The care and efficiency you get at the start, in my experience, is a good indicator of the quality of the company. Takes away some of the doubts of using a firm new to me.

Fantastic company. Have used a few but Nova are the best, super fast delivery, one to one communication on WhatsApp and you feel like the only customer as they take time to speak to you and offer great advice on all products. Tracking is always given for the mostly 24hr delivery on next day- Royal Mail depending but I can honestly say - won’t be using anyone else other than NOVA BIO LABS 👌👍👍👍👍
