Amazing Service, packaging 5*s

Product arrived super quickly, extremely well packaged! A 3D printed container not only ensured safe shipping, but also gives something really clever to store it in also - fantastic thought! Product I purchased had an advertised CoA, which i verified with the support team would be what I would receive. Couldn't fault Amy on the support team, replied within 30 minutes to my questions and answered with a great deal of knowledge. Shipping wise, I chose the 48 hour option. I ordered at around 7pm on a Tuesday night. By 9am the next morning I had an email saying my parcel had dispatched and the tracking number was there for me to self track. I was a little concerned when the tracking hadn't updated by the next day to show any movement, but again Amy reassured that Royal Mail often don't show any stage between collection and when it arrives at my local delivery office. By 3pm that day, the tracking had updated to show it was heading to a mail centre in Manchester. By 7am the next morning, it was out for delivery that day. My parcel arrived in a discrete, well protected bubble mailer bag. You'd have zero clue what was inside the package, and even the return address didnt state anything to do with peptides. As I mentioned earlier, that 3D printed container was a very clever move and I honestly thing it could have been thrown around warehouses all week and come out safe and undamaged. Will 100% be ordering from Cobalt again. Their service was brilliant, packaging 5*s. Cobalt is far and above other places I've ordered from previously.
