Great customer service easy to navigate website with all documentation available and all pricing competitive. I recently received a piece of research hardware that developed a rare fault and needed to be replaced, after a friendly conversation via email to customer service staff the problem was resolved quickly, a replacement sent out straight away and a good will gesture store credit issued. Overall a very well ran peptide supplier which I will continue to use indefinitely.

Thank you so much for your amazing review. It’s easy to be judged when things go right, but being judged when things go wrong means so much more to us.

Excellent service

I've ordered a few times now, I can honestly say, that the whole process from ordering, which was so easy, the website is very user-friendly. It gives clear and concise details about the product. Right through to the delivery, which was really fast, think I ordered on the Sunday and it came on the Thursday! Very speedy and also, the package is tracked, so you can keep an eye on it, if you want. Communication is excellent. I will certainly order from here again and can highly recommend this business.
